<description>Okay, so I had to click on this post... to find out what an acrostic was!

What a wonderful description of the heart of leading!

Learning keeps a reader ever growing! Emotions and appreciation keep our heart in the right place and open to building the deep lasting relationships that are so vital to success. Delayed gratification allows us to look to the future, through current struggles, and invest in long term results.

Powerful stuff!
