What would I do without my Tribe???? They are my partners, my friends, my confidants and the motivation that pushes me to undertake and complete tasks that would lie dormant without my accountability to them!

As you state, however, MINDSET is all important if you undertake the tribe model. There has to be a willingness to support others, sometimes, even to the seeming detriment of your own work. Amazingly, however, it doesn’t work that way! By doing for others, I always get the benefit back in quanties and in ways that I could never have expected.
